Studio Floor Plans
276 Sterling Studio is housed in a freestanding industrial building. The interior space includes a 45’ x 20’ cyclorama with cove (left hand return) and 15’ ceilings. The cyc is per-hung with a dozen 2K spacelamps for a perfectly even cyc wall at flick of a switch.
The comfy client lounge is located in the enclosed mezzanine overhanging the backside of the studio. It can be accessed via the interior and exterior staircases and closed off for privacy.
The studio building has a ground floor loading bay accessed via a 12’x12’ garage door. Perfect drive in-access for car shoots.
A 16’ x 38’ awning covers the loading bay. During the warm months, this is also a popular place for crew lunches.
The adjacent building houses the Production Kitchen, Green Room, additional restrooms, and production offices.
