  • Call or email us to check availability. If the studio and dates work for your shoot, we'll hold or book the space for you.

    You'll need to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid COI to place a booking.

    If your preferred date is already on hold, you can push it — the current holder has approximately 24 hours to confirm or release. Note that pushing a hold confirms your booking, and cancellation fees apply if you need to reschedule.

  • YES! We’d love to show you around. Shoot us an email or give us a call to schedule a tour or tech scout with our team.

  • Yes — we're a fully soundproofed soundstage.

  • Cancellations within 5 business days of your rental are non-refundable on the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are responsible for the full rental value, including any equipment.

    Driving & Parking — Plenty of all-day street parking nearby, plus Green P lots and two underground options within minutes. The ground floor loading bay fits one 16' cube or 3–4 vehicles.

    Transit — A 3-minute walk to both Lansdowne and Dundas West TTC stations. Bloor GO & UP Express is a 2-minute walk.

    Cycling — We can accommodate 3 bikes under the studio awning, with additional lock-up along Bloor St.

    Airport — 20 minutes from Billy Bishop and 30 minutes from Pearson, with near door-to-door service via the UP Express.

  • The ground floor loading bay can accommodate one standard 16' cube at a time or 3-4 cars. Our ground floor load-in access makes it easy to load-in and out of the studio.

    Once load-in is complete, we recommend clearing the driveway for additional vehicles.

    Note: 16' cubes do not fit under the awning — please make sure your driver is aware. First-timers, have the Studio Manager guide you in.

    Package trucks aren't recommended — everything you need is already here!

  • Yes, a valid COI is required for all productions. Our studio manager will provide the necessary specs.
    If needed, one-day coverage is available through Front Row Insurance.

  • We get it — some shoots get messy. An extra $150 clean-up fee applies for above-average messes (confetti, fake snow, feathers, chocolate, explosions, free-roaming farm animals, etc.). Productions are also financially responsible for any damage to the space or equipment, as per the rental agreement.

  • We handle household waste — all art department, propping, and production waste should leave with your crew. Please empty garbages, remove tape, return furniture, and do a light sweep. Compost and recycling bins are available on site.

  • We accept cheque and e-transfer within 30 days of your shoot date. Cheques should be made out to Camerawork Productions Inc. Credit card payments are available with a 2.4% surcharge (Canadian) or 3% (International).
